This Service Agreement ("The Contract") is made effective as of the day the agreement email is sent and verified by both Caidan Channing ("The Service Provider") and the undersigned ("The Client").
*Note, an update to this agreement is in the works regarding newly added add-on services, and is expected to be finished and published by May 10th*
The Service Provider first and foremost provides a lawn mowing service; add-ons are available at the discretion of
The Client.
It is noted that The Service Provider does not currently hold professional qualifications in the services offered, relying instead on practical experience. This is subject to change with gained experience and professional development.
The application of herbicides is strictly at The Client's explicit request. The Service Provider utilizes only Glyphosate, 2,4-D, and Iron-based products.
The Service Provider has not experience or qualification in the use of herbicides. By electing the use of herbicide, The Client waives the right to pursue legal action related to direct or indirect effects of the use of herbicides.
In the event that any of The Client's property is damaged by The Service Provider, The Client has the full liberty to take any action of their choosing.

*ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT REQUIRED, IT IS REQUESTED THAT ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY EITHER PARTY IS TO BE SETTLED OUTSIDE OF COURT*
The equipment owned by The Service Provider is to be handled and operated only by The Service Provider.
The Client is responsible for any and all injuries caused by the negligence and misuse of the equipment on the part of anyone who is not The Service Provider.
Initial Payment: The Client is required to pay 50% of the first full month's fee upfront, which is non-refundable.
Payments: Payments are due by the 1st of each month, a maximum of two-weeks extension may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing Terms: The price for lawn mowing will be determined on a per-yard per-service basis and will be determinded in-person and mutually agreed upon by both parties. All other services follow a set price.
Edging $10 | Weed Pulling $10 | Weed Spraying $20 | Dethatching $40 (or $25 for one lawn)
Manual Aerating $15 (or $10 for one lawn) | Fertilizing $20
Minimum price of $10 per yard (to cover equipment costs)
Forms of Payment Accepted: E-transfer, cash, cheque, and PayPal. *Other forms may be considered*
Dissatisfaction: In the event that The Client if unsastissfied with The Service Providers work, they have till their next scheduled service time to inform The Service Provider to be able to get the unsatisfactory work uncharged.
Contract Termination: In the event of Contract Termination, The Client is required to pay all outstanding cash balances owed to The Service Provider by the end of the month.
*In the event of contract termination, no completed services may be deemed dissatisfactory*
Recording: For safety and security, both parties are entitled to record both video and audio of the working area during service time.
At no point should either party be intentionally recording the interior of the opposite party's private spaces.
For The Client, this includes the interior of The Clients house, any detached garages, or any outdoor sheds that have been deemed off limits (unless given explicit permission).
For The Service Provider, this is The Service Provider's vehicle and any trailers (unless given explicit permission).
*ANY ACCIDENTAL RECORDING OF THE OPPOSING PARTIES PRIVATE SPACES IS EXEMPT ASLONG AS BOTH PARTIES REVIEW AND AGREE TO THE EXEMPTION AFTERWARDS*
Equipment: The Service Provider will use a gas-powered push lawn mower, battery powered edger, and manual weed puller unless provided with The Clients own equipment.
*In the event that The Client does provide equiptment for use, The Client is solely liable for any regular wear and tear indurred during The Service Providers use of the equipment.*
Utility Lines: The Client must indicate all utility lines within proximity to the working area(s); failure to do so transfers all liability for damages to the ulitility lines incurred during to The Client.
*Utility lines are essential infrastructure components, including power lines, water shut-offs, sewer lines, gas lines, communication lines, and sprinkler systems, that provide vital services to properties*
Waste Disposal: Unless specified otherwise, the grass clippings and all other collected waste will be disposed of by The Service Provider. If The Client wishes, they may have any collected waste turned over to be disposed of by themselves or have it used as fertilizer.
Service Specifications: The Service Provider will follow the agreed upon specifications for all work performed, this includes cutting height, cutting direction, add-ons selected, areas to use the edger, areas where weeds will be pulled, what areas will be sprayed with herbicides, and what herbicides will be used.
Scheduling: Scheduling will be during a mutually agreed upon time during the hours listed on

Contract Length: A set start and/or end date can be requested and set by The Client. If neither are set, the start date will be the earliest availbe scheduled time, and will end when winter starts.
Contract Termination: Either party is able to terminate the contract for any reason, though that party is obligated to give the opposing party their reason for termination.
Changes to the service details can be initiated by either party, but both parties are required to agree to make the new details official.

This email correspondence constitutes the formal agreement.
*This Agreement is subject to future modifications. The Client will be informed imediately of any and all future modifications*
By selecting "accept" on the Lawn Mowing Form and finalizing this agreement, both The Client and The Service Provider agree to adhere to all terms outlined herein and in the future.
